Recloser 6 (10) kV KRUmAES
Manufacturer: "AES-komplekt" (Belarus).
KRUmAES is produced in 2 modifications:
- KRUmAES — I /6(10) — switchgear «vacuum recloser», based on module КМ-I with vacuum circuit breaker ZW43ABEL-12, provides switching of load overcurrents and short circuit currents;
- KRUmAES — II /6(10) — switchgear «vacuum recloser», based on module КМ-II with vacuum circuit breaker FZW38BEL-12, provides switching of normal load currents of users, section of HV lines 6(10) kV and TS.
KRUmAES — I and II/6(10) can solve the following tasks:
- protection of high voltage equipement (only KRUmAES — I)
- search of damaged sections of grid to decrease outage time
- localization of damages and reserve power supply to undamaged area
- switching of both on and off power lines
- energy metering
KRUmAES — I and II/6(10) is a unique technological set. Its elements are all installed on general frame in accordance with installation manual. They are connected between each other and control box in accordance with factory wiring diagram.
Normal operating conditions:
- Ambient temperature: from−45°С to+40°С, daily fluctuations: 25°С
- Wind speed: not more 45 m/s
- Altitude: 1000m above sea level
- Earthquake resistance: not more 8 points
- Humidity: average monthly 90%
- Ice thickness: 20 mm
The device meets the following standards IEC(МЭК) 56, IEC(МЭК) 62271-100, GB1984, DL403, ГОСТ17717, ГОСТ 687, requirements of TKP 339-2011 (ПУЭ).

Main elements of recloser 10 kV KRUmAES- I(II)/6(10):
Switching module — КМ-I and II outdoor type — the base is a vacuum circuit breaker ZW43ABEL-12 (КМ-I) or it can be based on vacuum load break switch FZW38BEL-12 (КМ-II), embedded current transformers and 10kV disonnectors can be added upon request.
Vacuum circuit breakers ZW43ABEL-12/T630-20 and FZW38BEL-12/Т630-20 have the same overall dimensions. The enclosure is made of stainless steel. Inside the enclosure there is a spring-motor operating mechanism with locking devices, manual/remote control and mechanical on/off indicator.
Control box – type HYC461* has IP54 protection degree based on microprocessor terminal with embedded thermal regulation and uninterruptible power supply system, communication equipment which provides connection with upper control level.
- Microprocessor programmable protection terminals HYP-400 (HYP-100)*, produced by HEAG , PRC;
- GSM/GPRS* communicator, produced by «РовалэнтСпецПром», Belarus;
- data transmission protocole: MODBUS, IEC-103*.
Set of connecting cables and links, communication cable of control box and switchgear module as well as additional cables, earthing buses and links.
Set of installation parts consists of frames and fastenings for installation of switchgear and controlgear for one/two support structure.
Potential transformer (transformers) JDZW-10R*, provides auxiliary needs, protection devices needs and data for energy metering .
Current transformers (upon request) — embedded LMZJW-12* and (or) side-mounted LZZBJW-12*.
