Commissioning of new Wind Farm

Nowadays there are 6 HEAG wind turbines with capacity of 1.5 MW each are installed in Grodno Region Grabniki Windfarm (the first one was put into operation in 2011, 5 sets were finished in 2015-2016). The connection of the wind farm with the grid is made through substation 110/35/10 kV "Vetropark".

According to the data provided on the website of RUE "Grodnoenergo", during the comprehensive testing, the Wind Farm reached the rated capacity of 9MW. The estimated annual output of the new wind farm is 22.07 million kWh, which will allow the Belarusian energy system to use free wind energy and save 4.516 million cubic meters of natural gas annually for the amount of 935.8 thousand USD.
