Our Maintenance Center was established in 2007.

Main task:

• provide uninterrupted operation of both our own production equipment and HEAG equipment that we supplied and put into operation.

Main functions:

• revision and pre-sale preparation of supplied equipment;
• supervision adjustment or supervision installation;
• warranty and post-warranty maintenance of HEAG equipment and our won equipment;
• supply of spare parts and consumables;
• training of customers’ personnel to work with supplied equipment, provision of required technical and operation manuals;
• prompt consulting regarding operation of equipment;
• recommendations to upgrade or change the equipment;
• work to configure equipment to meet the requirements and technical facilities of customers.
